Smoothies are a quick, easy way to start day.


Ingredients

  1 banana
  200 ml yogurt
  2 teaspoons chia seeds
  1 teaspoon goya seeds
  1 teaspoons aronia seeds-dry
  2 teaspoons peanuts
  1 teaspoons figs-dry
  1 teaspoons raisins

Instructions
 
  Throw all the ingredients into a blender.
  Blend until smooth.
